What the Deal Checker is

ComputerDealer.us sells no computers, lists none and is not a party to any sale. The Deal Checker applies fixed, published rules (processor naming, Microsoft's Windows 11 processor lists and requirements, support end dates) to what you type in. It never sees the computer, does not test it, does not value it and does not say whether a price is fair. Sellers' claims can be wrong; check them yourself before you pay. Microsoft, Intel, AMD, Apple and Google set the rules quoted here and may change them; the Before you buy guide links to them. We do our best to keep the rules current and the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for a purchase you make, as far as the law allows.

Shortlists

A shortlist opens with a private link. Anyone holding the link can open, change or delete the shortlist, so keep it private. We cannot recover a lost link. Shortlists not opened for 400 days are deleted (unless a Pass is running).

Deal Checker Pass

$1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, paid through PayPal, renewing until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal; the Pass runs to the end of the period already paid. If something goes wrong with a charge, contact us through weldonpc.com and we will put it right. During the preview nothing is charged.

Fair use

No automated mass use, no attempts to get into other people's shortlists, nothing unlawful. We may limit or remove shortlists used that way.
